We will be drawing a prize every week on Monday at 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time starting from October 15, 2007 until December 17th, 2007. Entries are eligible to win multiple prizes; however only 1 prize will be awarded to a winner on any given week.

No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes begins on October 9, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends on December 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. PST (the "Entry Period").

Each person that signs up for the Club Otakie catalog will be automatically entered into this sweepstakes.

You must fill in address information and subscribe to Club Otakie in order to be eligible.

Current subscribers of Club Otakie will also be eligible.

Only one entry per person. There is no fee to sign up.

Contest Rules & Regulations

By submitting the required information, you are stating you meet the minimum age requirements for the contest in question. You also agree to be added to Digital Manga Inc.'s mailing list for our printed catalog, email newsletters and other special offers from Digital Manga, Inc.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Identification must be produced on request. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Digital Manga, Inc. ("DMI" or "Sponsor"), and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Current and new subscribers to Club Otakie referenced above are eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You must be the registered subscriber of the mailing address by which the entry is made prior to October 9, 2007. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of DMI. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsor, its parents, nor its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for the incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; any human error, technical malfunctions, or lost/delayed data transmission; any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software; inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, or misdirected entries.

The winners will be drawn every Monday at 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time starting from October 15, 2007 to December 17, 2007 from all entries received and eligible at the time. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor for reason of unavailability, in which case a prize DMI deems to be of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes not claimed or claimed unlawfully will not be awarded. DMI reserves the right to cancel this promotion at anytime. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Subject to availability, nontransferable, nonnegotiable. Sponsor is not responsible if the prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, weather or terrorism. By entering this sweepstakes, all entries agree that sponsors have the sole right to decide all disputes arising from the sweepstakes and their determination of the winner is final. All decisions are final.

DRAWING: Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry period. The Sponsor's decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. The winner will be announced on this page. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner will be disqualified. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date.
